    Want to shed some of that winter weight?  Have a difficult time controlling the "Snack Attack"?  Joan Starliper, Dietician will give a fun and informative talk on what to eat and how to get control of your diet in time for summer!  Free and open to the public.

  • Lincoln’s Birthday

    In celebration of Lincoln's Birthday, DCI Consumers will enjoy some history and a quiz on Presidents.

    DCI Consumers will focus on strengthening their core with stretching exercises.

  • Mt. Aetna Nature Center

    DCI Consumers will enjoy a visit to the Mt. Aetna Nature Center.  Both live and stuffed animals will be on display.  They will enjoy a wonderful lunch out at a local restaurant.

    DCI Consumers all have personal goals.  To serve as a reminder of those goals, each consumer will create a "vision board".  Let the goals begin!
