    Field Trip Day and eating out.  Field trips change each Friday.  A general overview of field trip activities:  Art Galleries, Museums, Fishing, tours of places such as the Herald News, WHAG News, Charles Town Races & Slots, Albert Powell Fish Hatchery, etc. Transportation is provided.

    Exercise with Ms. Nancy, suited for Seniors, with light hand weights.  Occasionally we will have a Line Dance instructor come for extra fun.
